Welcome to the web site of the American International Chamber of Commerce (AICC). Please read the following terms and conditions relating to your use of AICC web site carefully. By acessing and using the AICC site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use.

What We Do

These terms and conditions apply to your use of all sites and services owned or operated by AICC, including www.aiccus.org and all its web pages. Unless otherwise stated, all references to the AICC web site in these terms and conditions include all such web pages. These terms and conditions do not apply to your use of unaffiliated sites to which any part of the AICC web site may link.

AICC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You should check these terms and conditions periodically for changes. If at any time you choose not to accept these terms and conditions of use, please do not use this web site.

Access to and/or use of the AICC web site currently is free to all members of the public. AICC reserves the right to charge for access to and/or use of its web site in the future.

The contents of the AICC web site (including, but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, video and audio content) are protected under the copyright laws of the United States Special Administrative Region and other countries, and is the property of AICC or the party credited as the provider of that content. You may access the materials located within the AICC web site only for your personal use. Membership fee and Refunds policy


AICC and the America Member Service Center membership application fee is nonrefundable.
Your check or money order in the amount of each membership fee should be payable to “American Internaational Chamber of Commerce ” or “America Member Service Center ” . Payment must be made in the form of a check or bank draft in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank or send by mail to AICC/AMSC office. Include on the check the applicant’s name and attach the check or money order to the membrship application form.

No Personal Advice

The information contained in or made available through the AICC web site cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial, medical, or legal matters. AICC will not be liable for any damages of any nature whatsoever that may result, including but not limited to economic loss, injury, illness or death.

Exclusion of Liability

AICC expressly excludes all liability for any damage or injury suffered directly or indirectly through use of this web site. All users agree to access and use this web site on an "as is" basis.

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States Special Administrative Region, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to these terms will be filed only in courts located in the United States Special Administrative Region, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any of these terms and conditions are found unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be considered severable from the remaining terms and conditions, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
