China: 7th U.S. – China Aviation Summit

The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) is pleased to host the 2016 U.S.-China Aviation Summit in Washington, D.C. The Summit is an excellent opportunity for U.S. industry and government officials to engage China’s senior aviation leaders in substantive discussions on aviation policies, technologies and best practices. Key goals of this event include: identifying commercial opportunities for U.S. businesses, expanding U.S. trade opportunities and introducing U.S. technologies and best practices to China’s growing aviation sector. The Summit will cover a number of pressing topics such as new air traffic management technologies and management procedures, maximizing air traffic control capacity and efficiency, aircraft environmental issues, safety certification, airport sustainability, and general aviation development, among other issues vital to China’s expanding aviation infrastructure. 

USTDA is pleased to partner with the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), the U.S.-China Aviation Cooperation Program (ACP), the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration, the Transportation Security Administration, and the U.S. Departments of Transportation, Commerce, and Homeland Security on holding this important event. The American Association of Airport Executives is organizing this event on behalf of USTDA.
