2016 Chefs Collaborative Summit

Chefs Collaborative’s 7th Annual Summit, Good Food is Smart Business, is taking place in New York City from April 10-12th, 2016 in partnership with New York University. Together, in the heart of Greenwich Village, we will explore the intersections of good food, the environment, finance, workers rights, technology, and public policy through main stage conversations with expert speakers, collaborative meals, and hands-on workshops in kitchens across New York.

Join 350+ chefs, food professionals, and media at Pier A Harbor House in New York City on Monday, April 11th for Eat These Fish!, a celebration of well-managed and under-appreciated species of fish caught in the U.S. and a taste what happens when conservationists, fishermen, government, and chefs work together.
